The chocolate masters and their team will share their knowledge with you during a two-hour workshop. They will show you how to create your own chocolate desserts, allow you to get a technical knowledge, good gestures, as well as give you some of their tips and tricks.
After doing a short résumé of the chocolate history, the session for adults will take place according to the chosen program, making truffles, desserts, cakes, pies or cupcakes… The course will end with a delicious moment of sharing and tasting.
There will also be workshops dedicated to children.
And what about using the School of Chocolate for team building seminars, birthday celebrations and bachelorette parties for both young men and women…?

While waiting for our School of Chocolate opening, our chocolate makers Cédric and Yvan welcome you to their factory in Chêne-Bourg and offer you an original and convivial moment on the subject of chocolate. The chocolate masters will teach you how to make chocolate pieces in a friendly atmosphere, unveil their creations and leave you unforgettable memories. The workshop ends with a snack and a birthday cake, according to your choice.

Due to the configuration of the place, the use of space is limited to 8 children or 6 adults maximum. Reservations, conditions and prices are on request.
